Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is available for customers within eligible UK postcodes. Simply select this option at checkout and pick up your order from our store. Orders placed before 11 PM will be ready the next day. To cancel, please contact us before 11 PM the day before collection.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail, Evri Yodel Dpd . Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day, while later orders may be sent the next working day. Delivery charges are based on weight and shown at checkout.

✅ Perishable items delivered Tuesday–Friday

International delivery is not available. Orders must be signed for by an adult (18+). If no one is available, redelivery will be attempted, but we cannot guarantee the quality of perishable goods on reattempted deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

Non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging. Perishable items cannot be returned due to their short shelf life.

💳 Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
🚨 Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
